Terms of Service
Last updated: 8/10/2026
This page is maintained by the Cultivaition team to summarise how the platform may be used. It is a plain-language overview, not legal advice, and does not replace a signed commercial agreement.
1. The service
Cultivaition provides access to a library of expert personas distilled from an anonymised corpus of professional histories. You can chat with personas, run task tools, form multi-persona rooms and save the resulting deliverables to your workspace.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your sign-up details, keeping your credentials secure, and any activity under your account. One account per person unless you're on a team plan.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Cultivaition to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing or that impersonates real individuals. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the personas, scrape the platform, or use outputs to train competing models.
4. Tokens and billing
Paid plans and top-ups are billed in tokens. Tokens purchased as top-ups do not expire. Plan tokens reset each billing period. Refund requests are handled case-by-case through your workspace settings.
5. Content ownership
You keep ownership of the briefs, prompts and deliverables generated in your workspace. You grant Cultivaition a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf. We do not train foundation models on your content.
6. AI outputs
Persona responses are generated by AI systems and may contain inaccuracies. Treat outputs as drafts, review them before acting, and don't rely on them as professional advice.
7. Availability & changes
We may update or discontinue features to keep the service safe and improving. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes to paid plans.
8. Termination
You can close your account at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the product evolves. The date above shows the latest version, and continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
